This is a busy year.
I am graduating from Kent State and I’m losing my mind!
But anyway, I am now in a Zumba class twice a week and Boot Camp class right after! I love them so much!! 2 hours of nonstop working out. I love it!
I been drinking water nonstop; and I’m not hungry as much anymore. I always question my meal choices and I feel better for it!! I still eat pizza - I make it myself, sweets -granola and fruits and meat (I love protein).
Hope all of you are doing the same!
TIPS:
- Drink water before and after dinner!
- Sip tea with lemon (and honey if you can) to curb cravings…
- Don’t work out before you sleep. I find it harder to sleep when this happens. Don’t do it…
- Get a pedometer. Walk 5 miles (10,000 steps)… everyday! Lose weight with walking.
