Prepare a parfait or smoothie makings in the fridge before you go to bed! That way, you’ll have no excuse.
So, I have been missing in action when it comes to this blog. I have just returned from my failed work search in NYC and I have found out how useless I am without my scale. I have gained 10 lbs. since a couple months in the city, I AM SO ASHAMED!! LOL, just kidding. Now I'm back to work on getting my body beach ready (more like fancy coat ready for next fall) and to finally start maintaining good weight as well as a healthy life style.
